Holiday Happenings

We invited some friends over to act out the nativity, Christmas Eve. We then sang Happy Birthday to Jesus and had ice cream and cupcakes. Jace had a sheep hat on and acted his part in being the lost sheep. The shepherds had a busy job. Fourteen month olds make every occasion extra fun :)

Maya had some friends over for a birthday playdate. She truly had a special day a mist the Christmas season. If you can't tell, that isn't mountains on her cake, but a beautiful crown. :)

These two helped in making the Snowmen Hall Family. Yes, we are enjoying the snow on this side of the mountains, yet it is hard getting up our driveway in it. It makes a good sledding hill, though.

We continued our tradition of making a gingerbread house (from Costco). Cousin Matthew and family visited last Sunday and helped in the demolition.
We had a nice, relaxing holiday. Taylor hasn't taken any extra days off from work. I guess we are saving the vacation for the summer. He put together a 2000 piece puzzle. Glad to have that off the kitchen table. I've enjoyed having the kids off from school and have been able to help Andrew with scouting and the kids with piano. Happy Holidays to you and have a blessed New Year!
